Recipients Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to view the project team members who are recipients of project items throughout Info Exchange.

Name

The name of the recipient. Select the hyperlink to open the Contact Information dialog box for the team member.

Company

The name of the recipient's company. Select the hyperlink to open the Company Information dialog box for the company.

Email Address

The recipient's email address. Select the link to open a new message window in Microsoft Outlook.

To access this dialog box

Select a recipient hyperlink where multiple recipients are present throughout Info Exchange.
