Search Results page

This page displays all results when you perform a search on a project on Info Exchange. When you search a project, all action items, calendar items, contract management items, document sets, email messages (as well as any attachments), file transfers (as well as any files attached to any of those items), shared folders, and record documents in the current project are searched.

Search Results

Type

The item's type (action item, transfer, etc.)

Subject

The subject of the item. Select to open the item's page to view its details.

File Name

The name of the file in which the searched text was found, if it was found in a file.

From

The name of the contact who sent the item.

Date

The date the sender sent the item.

Size

The size of the file in KB.

 

Log Page Tools

The following tools are available in the Search Results page toolbar. For more information, refer to Log Page Tools.

Export

Select to export the items on this page.

Show/Hide Column Filters

Select  to toggle on/off the column filters.

Show/Hide Group By Panel

Select  to toggle on/off the group by panel.

Show/Hide Columns

Select  to access the Field Chooser to add or remove columns from the log grid.

 

 

To access this page

Enter the text you are searching for in the Search field, then select the search icon .
