Report and Form Template Files and Sub-Folders Reference Guide
As of Project Center Tenth Edition, all templates included in Project Center are in either Word (.docx) or Excel (.xlsx) format.
Contract management transmittal form overrides
By default, Project Center uses a single form template for each contract management (CM) action. Each form template uses conditional logic to display sections relevant to a specific CM activity center. You can create override forms for specific CM activity centers as required.
To create an override form, copy the base form template and append the filename (before the extension) with _Activitycenter in the same sub-folder as the base form template. For example, to create a form template that will only be used for RFIs when forwarding for review, copy the GenericForwardedFormView.docx file to a new file and rename it GenericForwardedFormView_RFIs.docx. You would then customize the GenericForwardedFormView_RFIs.docx for just forwarding RFIs.
