Enable JavaScript in Your Browser       

Perform the following steps to enable JavaScript in your web browser.

To enable JavaScript in Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10 and 11

1.     Select Tools> Internet Options.

2.     Select the Security tab.

3.     Select the Internet zone.

4.     Select the Custom Level button.

5.     Scroll down to Scripting, and under Active Scripting, choose Enable.

To enable JavaScript in Firefox

Firefox enables the use of JavaScript by default. For information on enabling JavaScript in Firefox, please refer to Firefox help.

To enable JavaScript in Chrome

1.     Select   on the browser toolbar.

2.     Select Settings.

3.     Select Show Advanced Settings at the bottom of the Settings list.

4.     Click Content Settings in the Privacy section.

5.     In the JavaScript section, select the radio button next to Allow All Sites to Run JavaScript (Recommended).

If this option is not recommended by your IT staff, you can configure exceptions to allow scripts to run on the Info Exchange website. See Chrome's help system.

6.     Select Done to close the Content Settings dialog box and save the settings.

To enable JavaScript in Safari

1.     Select Action menu > Preferences, and then select Security. (The Action menu is near the upper-right corner of the Safari window, and looks like a gear.)

2.     Mark the checkboxes labeled: Enable Java, Enable JavaScript.

3.     Close the Privacy dialog box to save the changes.
