View a Pricing Item

You can view pricing items on potential change orders in Info Exchange.

Your ability to view pricing items in potential change orders depends on your permission set assignment.

To view pricing items

In the Potential Change Order Log, select the link on the Item Number (external users) or Subject (Project Center users)  for the potential change order item that you wish to view to open the Potential Change Order Page.

Project Center users can access the Pricing tab on the Potential Change Order page to view all the pricing items related to it.

External users can view the pricing items in the Potential Change Order log that are associated with a contract on which their company is a party.
