Spelling Options dialog box

Use the Spelling Options dialog box to set the spell check options for rich text fields throughout Info Exchange.

General Options

Ignore Words in UPPERCASE

When selected, the spell check does not check words that are all uppercase.

Ignore Words in MiXeDcAsE

When selected, the spell check does not check words with mixed cases.

Ignore Words with Numbers

When selected, the spell check does not check words that include numerals.

Ignore E-mails

When selected, the spell check does not check email addresses.

Ignore URLs

When selected, the spell check does not check url links.

Ignore Markup Tags

When selected, the spell check does not check markup tags.

International Dictionaries

Select the dictionary to use for spell checking from the Language drop-down list.

 

To access this dialog box

Select the Options button in the Check Spelling dialog box.
