Copy to Public Folders dialog box

if your company uses an IMAP-based email server (such as Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise, or Google Gmail), use this dialog box to specify the IMAP account that corresponds to the folder path in the Copy to Public Folder field in the Project Folders tab of the Create a New Project dialog box or the Edit Project Settings dialog box. The path in the Copy to Public Folder field specifies an IMAP folder that will act as a public folder. An administrator could create the folder in a common IMAP account and share it with users who could put it into their Outlook, mobile phones, etc. to get offline access to project email.

Project Center does not manage the mailbox or folder in any other way, so an administrator will have to make sure it doesn't exceed quotas, etc.
