List Local Microsoft Outlook Contacts in Drop-Down Lists

Perform the following steps if your local Microsoft Outlook contacts do not appear in Project Center drop-down lists.

To list local contacts in drop-down lists

1.     Open Microsoft Outlook and right-click on Contacts in the Folder List) or Navigation Pane. Select Properties to open the Contacts Properties dialog box.

2.     Click the Outlook Address Book tab, as shown below.

3.     Mark the Show This Folder as an E-Mail Address Book checkbox.

4.     Click OK. Your local contacts will now appear in Project Center drop-down lists.
