Change Order form

This printable form displays the actual contents of the selected change order. It uses the form template selected in the Form Template field of the Create a Change Order dialog box or the Log a Received Change Order dialog box.

Click to print this form.

Save As

Click to open the Save As dialog box to create and save a PDF file of this form.

Next Action

Mark the checkbox and choose Send and Close to open the Send and Close Change Order dialog box to choose how to send a .PDF file of the change order and whether to record a transmittal for it, or choose Forward to open the Forward Change Order dialog box to forward the .PDF file to other contacts.

 

To access this form

Select a change order, then click View Form from the Tasks panel of the Change Orders activity center.
