Modify File Transfer Access on Info Exchange dialog box

Specify Who Has Access to This File Transfer on Your Info Exchange Website
Choose who can access the file transfer:
Choose Only the Specified Recipients to allow only the selected members to access the file transfer.
Choose Specified Recipients and Their Fellow Company Members to allow the recipients and members of the their companies (as listed in the Company field of the Modify Project Team Member dialog box) to access the file transfer.
Choose All Project Team Members to allow all recipients, members of their companies, and all project team members to access the file transfer.
Choose Public Access to allow anyone to access the file transfer through the Info Exchange website.
Allow Recipients to Download Partial Contents
Mark this checkbox to allow the recipients to download the files incrementally instead of all at once.
Hide Recipient List
Mark this checkbox if you want to hide the list of recipients, which allows you to send bid documents to multiple bidders without the bidders being able to identify the other recipients. If this option is not checked, then the email notifications will contain the file transfer's To: and CC: contacts.
Require Info Exchange Login to Download
Mark this checkbox to require all external users to have to login to Info Exchange to receive file transfers. Using this option, users will not be able to download files directly from the email notification. This is helpful for transfers that contain sensitive information.
To access this dialog box
You can access this dialog box in the following ways:
Select a contract management item, go to its Related Items tab and select the related transfer (indicated by Related Transfer under the Relation Type column), then click Info Exchange Transfer > Change Access Level from the Related Item Tasks panel of the contract management item's activity center.
