Select Email Signature dialog box

Use this dialog box to create an email signature to append to both email messages and notifications sent from you via Project Center. Enter the text and design the signature with the design tools, then click OK to apply it.

1   If you are using an image in your signature and are using Outlook 2003 or an IMAP-based email application, be aware that Project Center does not embed images in the signature. To include images in your signature in email messages sent from Project Center, the image file must be stored on that web server that is accessible to everyone.

To access this dialog box

Click the button from the Toolbar, then choose Edit My Signature from the drop-down list.
