Add Discussion Item dialog box
Select the date the discussion took place.
Select the action taken on the item.
Click to open the Choose a Project Team Member dialog box to select the author of the discussion item.
Enter any details about the item.
Mark this checkbox to open a new email message in Microsoft Outlook containing information about the action or punch list item and this discussion item.
To access this dialog box
You can access this dialog box in the following ways:
● Select one or more punch lists from the Punch List activity center and then click Add Discussion item from the Tasks panel.
