Discussion Items dialog box

Use this dialog box to enter discussion items for a site visit.

Add New Discussion Item

Remarks

Enter discussion items in this field one at a time.

Add and Close

Click to add the discussion item to the Existing Discussion Entries field below and close this dialog box.

Add

Click to add the discussion item to the Existing Discussion Entries field below. You can then add more discussion items.

Existing Discussion Entries

This field contains the discussion items that were added in the Remarks field above.

Delete

Click to delete the selected discussion items.

 

To access this dialog box

Click the button from the Discussion column of the Observations tab of the Create Site Visit dialog box or the Modify a Site Visit dialog box.
