Global Address List Synchronization Settings dialog box

Use this dialog box to select (or de-select) the Project Center contact fields that get synchronized from your company's Microsoft Exchange Global Address List (GAL). Mark the checkboxes of the fields that you want to update from the Global Address List.

Contact fields that are synced from the Global Address List will be disabled and cannot be edited anywhere in Project Center.

Test

Click to open the Test Global Address List dialog box to see what a contact from the Global Address List will look like as a Project Center contact.

To access this dialog box

Select a Project Center Server, then click Select from the Project Email and GAL Sync tab of the Project Center Administration activity center Servers tab.
