Manage Connected Incoming Shared Folder dialog box

Use this dialog box to specify the folder in which you want to extract a copy of a shared connected folder.

Extraction Folder

Click the button to locate the folder in which to extract and save the files from the folder.

Specify When the Transferred Files Should be Extracted

• Choose Automatically Extract Files as Updates are Made by the Sender to have Project Center automatically extract the files as the folder is updated by the sender. No action is needed on your part.

• Choose Extract Manually Using the Next Action Option Below to manually extract the files from the published folder.

Next Action

• Select Extract Pending Updates to extract only the updated files.

• Select Reset and Extract All Files to extract all of the files from the published folder even if they have already been extracted. This enables you to get all the files again in case the files were accidentally deleted or to start over with the latest files.

To access this dialog box

Select a Connected Incoming Shared Folder and then click Manage Connected Folder Settings from the Tasks panel of the Info Exchange Activity Center.
