Modify Meeting Series dialog box

Use this dialog box to edit every occurrence of a project-related recurring meeting (phone call, client meeting, contractor meeting, conversation, conference call, task, or site visit) in meeting minutes and the project timeline.

Refer to the Modify Meeting dialog box for a description of the fields and tabs.

To access this dialog box

Select a recurring meeting, then click Modify Series from the Tasks panel of the Project Timeline activity center or the Meeting Minutes activity center.
