Select Files and Description of Contents dialog box

Use this dialog box to select the files and description of content entries from the original contract management item you selected to include in the copy you are creating.

Files

Mark the checkboxes of the files from the original item you want to include in the new item.

Description of Contents

Mark the checkboxes of the description of content entries from the original item you want to include in the new item.

 

To access this dialog box

When you click Create Similar Contract Management Item from the Tasks panel of contract management activity centers, this dialog box will open if the original item contains a receive action with files and/or description of contents entries.
