Select Projects to Import from dialog box

Use this dialog box to import project team members from other Project Center projects into the current one.

Filter All Columns

You can filter by any text that appears in any of the columns. For example, if you know the name (or part of the name) of the project that you are searching for, enter at least part of the name in this field. The Items list updates automatically as you type. For example, if the project you are searching for has the number 30 somewhere in either column, enter 30 in this field. The list will be narrowed down to only projects that have the number 30 somewhere in one of the columns.

My Projects tab

This tab lists projects from the My Projects tab of the My Project Center activity center. Mark the checkboxes of the projects from which to import team members.

 

All Projects tab

This tab lists all projects that are visible on all Project Center Servers from the selected location. Mark the checkboxes of the projects from which to import team members. Mark the top checkbox to select all projects in the list.

Show Projects from Location

Click to select the location from which you want to display Project Center projects.

 

Columns

Refer to the Select Projects dialog box for a description of the columns.

 

Add to My Projects

Mark this checkbox to add the selected project to the My Projects tab.

OK

Click to open the Import Project Team dialog box to choose the project team members to import from the projects you selected.

 

To access this dialog box

Click Import From Other Projects from the Tasks panel of the Project Team activity center.
