Import Project Information from <Project> Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to map Newforma project properties to Revit project information parameters via Newforma Project Information Link.

This option is available to some users beginning in 12.1.1.

Sync Settings

Click to open the Edit Settings for Project Information Properties dialog box to map Revit project information parameters with Newforma project properties.

Select the Properties to Synchronize

This section lists the project information parameters from Autodesk Revit that are mapped to the project properties from Project Center. Mark the checkboxes of the items you want to synchronize.

Revit Parameter

This column lists the Autodesk Revit parameters that are mapped to the project properties from Project Center.

Mapping Behavior

All project properties are mapped from Project Center to Revit.

Newforma Property

This column lists the Project Center properties that will be synchronized with the mapped Revit parameters.

Group Name

The name of the group the Newforma property belongs to.

Type

●        Built-in indicates built-in Newforma properties for record documents from Project Center.

●        Extended indicates custom properties added for record documents in Project Center.

 

Synchronize

Click Synchronize to import the selected project information from Project Center to Revit.

 

To access this dialog box

Click Project Information from Newforma Project Information Link.
