Transfer Files to Info Exchange dialog box

Use this dialog box to choose whether to just transfer project files via Info Exchange, or to transfer them via Info Exchange and record a transmittal.

• Choose No, Just Transfer the Files to transfer the files without creating a transmittal.

• Choose Yes, Fill Out and Record a Project Transmittal to transfer the files and record a transmittal.

To access this dialog box

Click New File Transfer from the Tasks panel of the Info Exchange activity center.
