List Local Microsoft Outlook Contacts in Drop-Down Lists
Perform the following steps if your local Microsoft Outlook contacts do not appear in Project Center drop-down lists.
To list local contacts in drop-down lists
1. Open
Microsoft Outlook and right-click on Contacts
in the Folder List) or Navigation
Pane. Select Properties
to open the Contacts Properties dialog
box:
2. Click the Outlook Address Book tab, as shown below.
3. Mark
the Show This Folder as an E-Mail Address
Book checkbox.
4. Click OK. Your local contacts will now appear in Project Center drop-down lists.
