Import from Template dialog box

Use this dialog box to select a project template from which to import settings into a project.

Project Template

Click the button to locate and select the template whose settings you want to import into the new project.

Project Number

If you are importing data from a project or accounting system other than Deltek, enter the project number in this field. This project number can be used with embedded SQL statements in the template selected in the Project Template field above. Project Center will execute the SQL statements and populate the new project with the data from whichever fields are specified in the template. To access this dialog box

You can access this dialog box in the following ways:

• Select a project from the Project Center Administration activity center Projects tab and click Apply Project Settings from the Tasks panel.

• Click Import from Template from the Create a New Project dialog box.
