Issue Record Documents dialog box

Use this dialog box to create, send, and log a transmittal for the selected record document. See Create an Outgoing Transmittal dialog box for a description of the fields in this dialog box.

1   The Description of Contents tab of this dialog box has the following two additional columns:
Revision Date
The creation date of the last record document revision.

Revision Description
The description of the last record document revision.

 

To access this dialog box

Click Issue Selected Record Document from the Tasks panel of the Document Control activity center.
